Tom is a Partner and Senior Advisor at Arcspring and assists in the firm’s operating team in planning and executing business optimization efforts within our investments.
Tom has over 40 years of business experience and has worked with numerous Fortune 1000 companies to improve their operational and financial performance.
Tom has led broad operational improvement initiatives for Fortune 1000 companies for the past 20 years. As a Partner and Managing Director of EHS Partners, he has worked in a broad range of industries ranging from consumer-packaged goods to utilities to financial services, and more, helping generate billions in operating improvements. His extensive work in sales and marketing, business leadership and consulting and his hands-on approach help his clients achieve significant performance improvement and earnings and growth.
Over the past 20+ years, Tom has been involved in helping companies identify and achieve over $20B operational performance improvement, including cost optimization and revenue growth.
Prior to joining EHS Partners, Tom was responsible for certain businesses owned by Jack Nicklaus, including worldwide licensing and endorsements, golf schools and family entertainment centers. Tom helped Nicklaus brands and licensed products grow to become one of the largest businesses centered around a single athlete. Tom began his business career with the IBM Corporation, where he spent five years as a large systems sales representative.
